last monday i attended a training on 'customer service and quality mindset' program. I really really really enjoy the session much but i did not speak much during the session..maybe sebab duduk belakang kot.. haha..excuses excuses..tapi the training do open up my mind a little.. help me to understand more about the term 'customer service' and also the word 'quality'..
i am not sure who said this but i found it very true.. one of the thing you will always remember is bad service(s) that you received form people/organization.. for example, one day you pergi dress up lawa2 and masuk kedai jenama XYZ(jenama terkemuka di dunia).. then the promoter layan you baik.. tapi if you datang kedai XYZ tu just pakai t-shirts and seluar pendek, with slippers some more, promoter tu akan buat tak pandang je.. if pandang pun, dengan pandangan sinis sambil berkata dalam hati, 'orang ni dah la selekeh, takde duit.. lagi mahu masuk kedai branded'.. wth la kan?benda camtu la yang buat customer complain and tell millions of their friends about the bad service from that one person.they will not 'pulaukan' the brand la, but maybe the kedai only la.. and of course, the person..
everyone want the best of everything.. but sometimes, they wanted the best without realizing they also have to give the best to others.. tak boleh la nak mengharapkan kita je yang dapat benda yang bagus or good services, tapi jadi tanggungjawab kita jugak nak bagi the best kat orang lain.. bukan promoter/call center/salesman punya tanggungjawab semata2 sahaja..
if you bawak kereta pulak surely you akan jumpa driver jenis suke nak main cilok2 or menyelit2, kononnya nak cepat la..or nak tunjuk skill, 'saya la yang terhebat'..tapi, pernah ke you terfikir pasal orang lain yang you potong queue mereka tu? you hate it if people do that to you, but, you buat the same thing jugak kat orang lain.. alih2 je you masuk depan kereta ni, without even care to signal first.. if kereta belakang langgar lak, you cakap itu salah dia(kereta belakang)..apekah?? its fine la you ada a bmw or honda or toyota, tapi orang lain pun pengguna jalanraya tu jugak.. even if you can effort to buy a nice and mahal cars, jangan la buat jalan tu macam sendiri yang punya..
